In the process of normal operation and rotation, it is also necessary to regularly check whether each part of the equipment has abnormal sound, temperature, vibration and other conditions.
2. When formally starting the operation, the equipment shall be started according to the crushing sequence in the crushing system equipment. When stopping, the equipment should also be stopped according to the stopping sequence of the standard specification.
3. In the process of no abnormal operation and rotation of the impact crusher, the working condition of the lubrication system should be checked frequently. Add lubricating grease regularly and replace the lubricating oil regularly. The temperature of the rotor bearing shall not be greater than 60 ℃ without abnormal conditions, and the temperature value shall not be greater than 75 ℃. If the temperature rises beyond this limit, the equipment should be stopped immediately for inspection, and corresponding solutions should be taken according to the specific reasons.
