This is first determined by the properties and hardness of the granite rock. Granite is a rock with high hardness, which is difficult to crush and wears a lot to the crusher. Therefore, a reasonable crushing plan is very critical for post-production.
Generally, the first crushing still needs to use the jaw crusher, which can crush the granite to 10-30cm.
Next, there is a difference in the choice of secondary cone breaking. For hard rocks such as granite, cone breaking is a more appropriate choice. At present, single cylinder hydraulic cone breaking and multi cylinder hydraulic cone breaking are commonly used. According to different cavity types, short head type and standard type cone breaking can be selected, and single cylinder hydraulic cone breaking and multi cylinder hydraulic cone breaking can be used together. In this way, although the initial investment is higher, the later operation cost will be much lower, so as to avoid affecting the normal progress of production due to frequent replacement of parts and maintenance.
The cone crusher can directly produce 5-10/10-15/15-20/20-31.5mm and other different specifications of stone materials.
If a line needs to produce machine-made sand at the same time, a sand machine can be added after the cone crusher, and the machine-made sand of 0-5mm can be produced.
The middle is supplemented by feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, sand washing machine and other supporting equipment.
