After passing through the grinding roller area on the grinding disc, they are crushed by the grinding roller. Bulk materials are directly crushed, and fine materials are extruded to form a bed for inter particle crushing.
The crushed materials continue to move towards the edge of the grinding plate until they are taken away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, and the larger granular materials fall back to the grinding plate for further crushing. When the materials in the air flow pass through the upper separator, under the action of the rotor blades, the coarse particles return to the grinding plate for grinding, and the qualified fine powders are ground together with the air flow and collected by the system powder collector. The collected powder is the product ground by vertical mill.
When impurities such as iron blocks mixed with materials move to the edge of the grinding plate along with the materials, due to their heavy weight, they cannot be blown by the wind, fall into the lower chamber of the mill, and are scraped out of the mill by the scraper installed at the bottom of the grinding plate.
