Gold ore is a mineral aggregate with enough gold and can be used in industry. The content of gold in the ore is low. In order to extract gold, it is necessary to crush and grind the ore and use mineral processing methods to preconcentrate or separate the gold from the ore.
The first stage: crushing and screening.
The mined gold ore needs to be broken. The jaw crusher decomposes the gold ore into 150mm or 6 inches, and then the rock gold ore of the belt conveyor is transported to the vibrating screen of the gold ore, through which the size of the material gold ore is screened. The medium rock is then conveyed to the secondary crusher. Secondary crushing is completed by impact crusher or cone crusher.
The second stage: grinding.
Under the action of silo and vibrating feeder, the ore crushed into small particles will be uniformly transported to the ball mill for grinding, and then screened by screening machine, hydrocyclone and other equipment until meeting the requirements of the next production operation.
The third stage: mineral processing.
The gold powder meeting the beneficiation requirements is sent to the flotation machine for strong flotation to remove impurities, and the gold powder obtained is sent to the dryer for drying to obtain the gold concentrate powder.
