Mobile crushers are often used in the recycling and reuse of construction waste, urban infrastructure and other field operations. Through the optimization of process flow, they have better rock crushing capacity. Therefore, as a star product of mine crushing equipment, it should be used correctly, and the body should be integrated for easy operation and movement. The following points should be paid attention to in the process of operation and use:
1. The mobile crushing station shall be lubricated as required, and the small and medium-sized equipment shall be lubricated regularly with grease and lubricating oil. Fill lubricating oil and adjust the height of oil level. In large equipment, if cone crusher and large jaw crusher are used, there is generally a forced lubrication system, and pay attention to the parameters such as oil temperature, oil pressure and flow.
2. In addition to meeting the requirements of no-load commissioning, the load commissioning should also meet the following requirements: during feeding, the materials should not strongly impact the chassis, and it is not allowed to add materials under partial load and pile up the chassis, so as to avoid damage to the wheel bucket and the engine body.The larger material size of the feed should meet the design requirements.
3. After the machine is installed and adjusted properly, the test run shall be carried out. The no-load test run of the mobile crushing station shall reach 2 hours of continuous operation, and all solid parts shall be firm without looseness. There is no abnormal noise in the reducer and gearbox. During the operation of the mobile crushing station, pay attention to the noise and vibration of the equipment frequently. In case of excessive noise or vibration, shut down the machine quickly for inspection.
4. After installation in place, check whether the big and small gears of the reducer are shifted, and whether the gap between the water tank and the large wheel bucket is consistent. After adjustment, fix and weld the machine on the foundation.
5. The tire mobile crushing station can form a "crushing before screening" process according to different crushing process requirements, and can also form a "screening before crushing" process. The crushing station can be combined into a coarse crushing and fine crushing two-stage crushing and screening system according to actual needs. After troubleshooting, it should restart without load according to the starting sequence.
When the mobile crushing station is put into use and the whole machine is running, we should also pay attention to observe whether the quality and productivity of the products are normal. In order to make the mobile crushing station achieve good use function, in addition to normal maintenance, the equipment should be repaired and maintained as planned. The correct use of the mobile crusher is a better protection for the machine itself.
