Raymond mill is widely used in mining, cement plant, chemical plant grinding equipment, is one of the important equipment for deep processing of non-metallic minerals. Because of its stable performance, strong adaptability and high cost performance, Raymond mill has been widely used in the processing of non-metallic minerals since it was introduced into China for more than 20 years.
During the use of Raymond mill, the amount of powder is reduced, etc, which can be checked from the following aspects:
1. The humidity of the material, that is, when the moisture content of the material is large, the material is easy to adhere in the Raymond mill, and it is easy to block in the process of conveying the material, resulting in the reduction of the capacity of the Raymond mill.
2. The hardness of the material. The harder the material, the more difficult it is to grind Raymond, and the more serious the wear and tear of the equipment. The speed of Raymond grinding is slow, and the grinding capacity is also small.
3. The fineness of the material after Raymond grinding, fineness requirements are high, that is, the finer the material out of Raymond grinding is required, the smaller the capacity of Raymond grinding.
4. The composition of the material, the more fine powder contained in the material before the Raymond mill, the more it will affect the Raymond mill, because these fine powders are easy to adhere and affect the conveying. For the fine powder content, it should be sieved in advance.
5. Viscosity of materials. That is, the greater the viscosity of the material, the easier it is to adhere.
6. The better the wear resistance of the Raymond grinding parts (hammer head, jaw plate) of the Raymond mill, the greater the Raymond grinding ability. If it is not wear-resistant, it will affect the Raymond grinding ability.
