Working principle of sand making machine:
The material enters the sand making machine from the feed hopper and is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the distributor and is rapidly accelerated in the impeller. The acceleration can reach hundreds of times of the gravity acceleration, and then it is ejected from the three uniformly distributed flow channels of the impeller at the speed of 60-70 meters/second.
First, a part of the materials collected from around the distributor will be impacted and broken, and then they will impact the material lining in the vortex branch chamber together, bounce back by the material lining, impact the top of the vortex chamber obliquely upwards, change its direction of movement, deflect downward, and the materials emitted from the impeller flow channel will form a continuous material curtain. Such a piece of material is impacted, rubbed and ground in the whirling crushing chamber twice or even several times.
The crushed materials are discharged from the lower discharge port. In the whole crushing process, the materials will impact and crush each other by themselves, not directly contacting with the metal components, but impact and friction with the material lining, which reduces pollution and extends the service time of the machine. The ingenious air circulation inside the whirling chamber eliminates dust pollution.
