Heavy Calcium Carbonate Grinding Mill Plant, 18TPH, 300 Mesh for Paint, Plastic and Paper Filler Production

Heavy calcium carbonate, commonly referred to as heavy calcium powder, is processed from high-purity calcite and limestone raw stones through professional crushing and fine grinding procedures. It stands out among industrial inorganic fillers due to its high whiteness, stable chemical properties, low wear and low cost, occupying a dominant position in the global fine chemical and building material filler market.

Raw heavy calcium stone materials are irregular bulk ores that cannot be directly applied in industrial production. Only after precise grinding and strict classification can they form uniform fine powder that meets national and international industrial standards. This heavy calcium carbonate grinding project adopts a high-efficiency upgraded Raymond mill production line, with a stable hourly output of 18 tons and adjustable finished powder fineness of 300 mesh, focusing on large-scale production of high-quality industrial heavy calcium filler powder.

The raw materials used in this project are high-purity calcite blocks with low impurity content and whiteness exceeding 95%. Before entering the grinding host, the bulk raw stones undergo primary crushing, secondary fine crushing and vibrating screening to control the feeding particle size within 15mm, ensuring uniform feeding volume and stable grinding load. The grinding mill adopts optimized rolling and grinding track design, which increases the grinding contact area and effectively improves powder forming efficiency.

The built-in high-precision dynamic classifier accurately screens 300-mesh heavy calcium powder with uniform particle size distribution and no coarse particle residue. Unqualified coarse particles are automatically returned to the grinding chamber for cyclic regrinding, greatly improving raw material utilization rate and finished product qualification rate.

The processed 300-mesh heavy calcium carbonate powder has extremely wide industrial application scenarios. In the coating industry, it can be used as a core filler for interior and exterior wall latex paints, industrial anti-corrosion paints and water-based coatings, improving paint flatness, weather resistance and covering power while reducing production costs.

In the plastic and rubber industry, heavy calcium powder can enhance the rigidity, hardness and dimensional stability of plastic products, reduce shrinkage deformation, and replace expensive functional fillers to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement. In the papermaking industry, it serves as coating and filling powder to improve paper whiteness, smoothness and ink absorption performance.

This 18TPH heavy calcium grinding production line is equipped with a full-set closed negative pressure dust removal system, achieving zero dust overflow and fully complying with international environmental protection emission standards. The equipment adopts frequency conversion intelligent speed regulation, which effectively reduces idle energy consumption and operation noise.

All vulnerable parts are made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy materials, extending the service life of the equipment and reducing later maintenance costs. The whole production line realizes fully automatic intelligent operation, supporting 24-hour continuous stable production. This project solves the problem of low-value utilization of calcite raw stones, turns ordinary mineral raw materials into high-value industrial filler products, and provides stable and high-quality raw material supply for the global fine processing industry, with remarkable economic and market benefits.
