Anthracite is a high-quality coal variety with high fixed carbon content, low volatile matter, low ash and low sulfur characteristics, known as clean coal resources in the industrial field. Different from bituminous coal, anthracite has dense texture, high hardness and stable combustion performance, which cannot be directly used for fine industrial fuel processing.

Bulk anthracite blocks need professional fine grinding treatment to make uniform anthracite powder, which is the core raw material for industrial coal water slurry, clean boiler fuel and carbon-based product processing. This anthracite grinding project is equipped with a customized high-efficiency Raymond grinding mill production line, with a stable hourly output of 7 tons and adjustable finished powder fineness of 170 mesh, specially developed for clean anthracite powder processing.
 
Raw anthracite raw materials are screened and crushed in advance to remove coal gangue impurities and control feeding particle size within 10mm, ensuring uniform feeding and stable grinding efficiency. The grinding mill is optimized for the high-hardness and low-volatile characteristics of anthracite, adopting enhanced anti-wear grinding rollers and ring to solve the problem of low grinding efficiency of hard coal materials.

The closed-circuit circulating grinding and classification system screens out standard 170-mesh anthracite powder with uniform particle size and no fine slag residue, while unqualified coarse particles are automatically returned to the grinding chamber for reprocessing, greatly improving raw material utilization rate.
 
The processed anthracite fine powder has high combustion efficiency, low smoke and low sulfur emission, which is an ideal raw material for preparing industrial coal water slurry. It can be widely used in industrial boiler combustion, thermal power generation and industrial kiln fuel replacement, effectively reducing industrial flue gas pollution and meeting global clean energy emission standards.

In addition, high-purity anthracite powder can also be used as raw material for carbon electrodes, filter materials and metallurgical reducing agents. This 7TPH anthracite grinding production line adopts full intelligent automatic control, realizing unattended operation of feeding, grinding, dust collection and discharging.
