Slag Grinding Mill Unit, 24TPH, 110 Mesh for Cement Additive & Road Material
Industrial slag is a by-product produced in the steel smelting process, belonging to bulk industrial solid waste with huge annual output. Stacked slag not only occupies a large amount of land resources, but also causes potential environmental pollution. After professional grinding and activation treatment, slag powder has excellent volcanic ash activity and hydraulic reactivity,
which can be widely used as high-efficiency cement admixture, concrete modifier and road engineering filling material. This slag grinding project adopts a large heavy-duty vertical grinding mill production line, with an hourly output of 24 tons and finished powder fineness of 110 mesh, specially used for large-scale resource utilization of industrial slag waste.
Raw slag materials have irregular particle size, high hardness and certain humidity. The production line is equipped with special drying and crushing integrated equipment to dry wet slag and crush bulk materials into uniform feeding particles.
The heavy-duty grinding mill has strong adaptability to slag raw materials, and the high-pressure rolling grinding structure can fully activate the internal mineral activity of slag, greatly improving the industrial utilization value of slag powder. The finished 110-mesh slag powder has fine texture and stable activity, which can be perfectly fused with cement clinker to form high-strength cementitious materials.
In the cement industry, slag powder can replace 30%-40% of cement clinker, effectively reducing cement production costs, improving cement strength and durability, and enhancing the anti-permeability and corrosion resistance of concrete. In road engineering, slag powder can be used as road base filler and asphalt modifier to improve road stability and bearing capacity.
This 24TPH large-scale slag grinding line has super large processing capacity and high automation degree, realizing full-automatic feeding, grinding, classification and discharging. The equipment is optimized with anti-wear and anti-blocking structures, adapting to long-term continuous grinding of high-hardness slag.
The whole production process is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, conforming to national solid waste recycling and low-carbon development policies.
