Quartz stone is a high-hardness and high-purity mineral raw material with excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance and insulation performance. This quartz stone grinding project is equipped with a large heavy-duty grinding mill production line, with the maximum hourly output of 30 tons and adjustable finished powder fineness of 80 mesh, which is suitable for large-scale production of low-fineness industrial quartz powder and building quartz sand.
 
The raw quartz stone has high hardness and strong wear resistance. The production line adopts multi-stage coarse crushing and fine crushing pretreatment to control the feeding particle size, and then enters the heavy-duty grinding mill for uniform grinding. The enhanced wear-resistant grinding components are specially configured for the high-hardness characteristics of quartz stone, which effectively improves the grinding efficiency and avoids rapid wear of equipment.
 
 The processed 80-mesh quartz powder has uniform particle size, high purity and stable physical and chemical properties. It is the main raw material for industrial casting sand, water treatment filter material and building concrete aggregate.
 
In the refractory industry, quartz powder can be used to produce high-temperature resistant refractory bricks and kiln lining materials. In the electronic industry, high-purity quartz powder is used as insulating filler for electronic components.
