1.3TPH Talc Clay Composite Powder Grinding Line 345 Mesh

Composite mineral powder formed by mixing talc and clay has wider industrial application range. This small composite powder grinding machine has hourly output of 1.3 tons and finished fineness up to 345 mesh. Raw materials are mixed in proportion in advance, then dried and finely ground uniformly. The finished composite powder has both lubricity of talc and plasticity of clay, commonly used in paint filler, rubber filling and daily chemical products.

The equipment can freely adjust grinding fineness and mixing proportion according to customer production demands. It features small floor area, flexible movement and simple installation. The energy-saving running mode greatly reduces production cost, very suitable for small fine powder processing and customized powder production enterprises. The equipment is equipped with professional proportional feeding device to ensure uniform mixing of talc and clay, avoiding inconsistent powder performance caused by uneven proportion.

The secondary cyclic grinding process makes the composite powder have better dispersibility and stability, which can significantly improve the surface flatness and weather resistance of coating and rubber finished products after application. Different from single mineral powder, talc-clay composite powder balances lubricity, plasticity and adhesion, making it more adaptable to complex industrial formulas.

It can effectively improve the suspension performance of water-based coatings, enhance the filling toughness of rubber products, and is also suitable for daily chemical fillers and ceramic blank additives, with flexible formula adjustment and strong market adaptability for customized production.
