Artificial gypsum is a by-product produced in chemical desulfurization and industrial production, with low impurity content and stable composition. After grinding processing, artificial gypsum powder can replace natural gypsum for industrial production. This artificial gypsum grinding project has an hourly processing capacity of 14 tons, and the finished powder fineness is fixed at 110 mesh.

The raw artificial gypsum has high moisture content and is easy to agglomerate. The production line is equipped with special drying equipment to remove free moisture and ensure dry feeding. The optimized grinding mill has anti-sticking lining to prevent gypsum powder from adhering to the inner wall of the equipment. The coarsely ground 110-mesh gypsum powder has good coagulation performance, which can be used to produce gypsum boards, building plaster and chemical fertilizers.

It can also serve as a cement retarder to adjust the solidification time of cement products. The production line adopts automatic feeding and conveying system to reduce manual intervention. The sealed circulating air system avoids dust leakage and improves the working environment.
