17 TPH Bauxite Grinding Line for Alumina Processing with 190 Mesh

Bauxite is the main raw mineral for alumina smelting and aluminum product processing, with high aluminum oxide content and dense texture. This bauxite grinding project has an hourly processing capacity of 17 tons, and the finished powder fineness is controlled at 190 mesh to meet the smelting industry standard. Raw bauxite ore has medium hardness and contains a small amount of iron and silicon impurities.

After crushing and drying, the raw materials are sent to a vertical grinding mill for fine processing. The production line adopts high-pressure grinding technology to fully dissociate aluminum-containing minerals and improve the extraction rate of alumina. The 190-mesh bauxite powder has good solubility in alkaline solution, which is convenient for chemical extraction of alumina in smelting plants.

In addition to aluminum smelting, qualified bauxite powder can also be used to produce high-grade refractory bricks and abrasive materials. The equipment is equipped with a circulating cooling system to avoid overheating during long-term high-load operation. The sealed conveying pipeline prevents mineral powder leakage and ensures a clean production environment.

The centralized electric control system simplifies the operation process and reduces labor input. This large-scale bauxite grinding line has high processing efficiency and high finished product qualification rate, which is an important supporting production line for the aluminum smelting industry.
