4 TPH Gypsum Powder Processing Line for Construction Plaster with 160 Mesh

Natural gypsum is a common sulfate mineral with good coagulation and hardening properties, which is widely used in construction plaster, gypsum board and chemical fertilizer production. This medium-sized gypsum grinding project has an hourly processing capacity of 4 tons, and the finished powder fineness is adjusted to 160 mesh to meet construction industry standards.

Raw gypsum ore contains a small amount of clay impurities. After crushing and screening, the raw materials with uniform particle size enter the grinding mill. The production line is equipped with low-temperature drying equipment to control raw material moisture below 6% and prevent powder agglomeration. During the grinding process, the airflow classifier accurately separates gypsum powder to ensure moderate particle thickness.

The qualified 160-mesh gypsum powder can be used to produce building plaster, wall putty and gypsum decorative materials. It can also be applied in agricultural soil improvement to adjust soil pH value. The equipment adopts a fully sealed structure to prevent gypsum dust from spreading, and the dust removal system realizes clean production.

The feeding port is designed with an anti-blocking baffle to solve the problem of viscous material accumulation. With simple operation and low maintenance cost, this gypsum grinding line is an ideal choice for building materials processing enterprises to produce high-quality gypsum powder.
