Barite is a non-metallic mineral with high density and stable chemical inertia, which is the core raw material for petroleum drilling weighting agent. This barite grinding project is built for oilfield chemical raw material production, with an hourly output of 15 tons and finished powder fineness fixed at 120 mesh. Raw barite ore has a Mohs hardness of 3.5, containing a small amount of quartz impurities. After primary crushing, the raw material particle size is controlled below 30mm to meet the feeding standard of vertical grinding mill.
The production line adopts negative pressure closed grinding technology, which avoids barite powder leakage and ensures a dust-free production workshop. The 120-mesh barite powder has high bulk density and good suspension performance. When mixed with drilling mud, it can increase mud density, balance underground pressure, and effectively prevent oil well blowout accidents.
