Quartz and Fluorite Combined Grinding Project
Quartz and fluorite, when combined in a grinding process, produce a powder with specialized applications in glass, ceramics, and metallurgy. This project has a production capacity of 7 tph and an output fineness of 350 mesh, designed to meet the specific needs of these industries.

In the glass industry, the quartz-fluorite blend is used to produce special glasses with unique properties. Quartz provides the silica base, while fluorite acts as a flux, lowering the melting point and improving the fluidity of the glass melt. The 350-mesh fineness ensures uniform mixing and complete melting, resulting in glasses with high clarity and precision optical properties, suitable for applications in optics and electronics.

The ceramics industry benefits from this blend in the production of high-performance ceramics. Fluorite helps in reducing the firing temperature, saving energy, while quartz contributes to the strength and hardness of the ceramic. The fine particle size ensures good sintering and dense microstructure, leading to ceramics with excellent mechanical and thermal properties.
