Feldspar and Talc Integrated Grinding Project-- first step
Feldspar and talc, when integrated in a grinding process, produce a powder with unique properties suitable for ceramics, glass, and cosmetics. This project has a production capacity of 10 tph and an output fineness of 280 mesh, designed to meet the high standards of these industries.

In the ceramics industry, the feldspar-talc blend is used as a key component in porcelain and ceramic glazes. Feldspar acts as a flux, lowering the melting point of the ceramic body and promoting vitrification, while talc improves the plasticity and workability of the clay, reducing cracking and warping during firing. The 280-mesh fineness ensures uniform mixing and smooth glazing, resulting in ceramics with excellent surface finish and durability.

The glass industry benefits from this blend as well, using it to adjust the chemical composition and physical properties of glass.
