Marble Grinding Project
Marble and gypsum, when combined in a grinding process, create a versatile powder with applications in construction, agriculture, and industry. This project operates at a production capacity of 18 tph, delivering an output fineness of 180 mesh, making it suitable for a wide range of uses.

In the construction industry, the marble-gypsum blend is used as a filler in concrete, mortar, and plaster. Marble adds strength and durability to the construction materials, while gypsum improves workability and setting properties. The 180-mesh fineness ensures good dispersion and compatibility with other construction materials, resulting in high-quality finishes and structures.

The agricultural sector benefits from this blend as a soil conditioner and fertilizer. Gypsum helps in improving soil structure, especially in heavy clay soils, by promoting the formation of stable aggregates. Marble, with its calcium content, acts as a liming agent, adjusting soil pH and making nutrients more available to plants. The fine particle size ensures rapid dissolution and absorption in the soil, enhancing the effectiveness of the application.
