Versatile Grinding of Multiple Non - Metallic Minerals: A Comprehensive Solution

In the non - metallic mineral processing industry, there is often a need for a versatile grinding solution that can handle various types of minerals. Our comprehensive grinding project is designed to meet this demand, capable of processing coal gangue, barite, aluminum bauxite, bentonite, phosphate ore, kaolin, and pyrophyllite.

The production capacity of the project can be adjusted from 0.5 tph to 30 tph, and the output fineness can range from 80 mesh to 400 mesh, depending on the specific requirements of different minerals and applications.

For each type of mineral, the project has a customized processing flow. When processing coal gangue for building materials, for example, the production line may focus on achieving a relatively high production capacity with a moderate fineness. The raw coal gangue is first crushed, then ground in a vertical roller mill, and finally classified to obtain the desired particle size for use in brick or cement production. When processing barite for the oil and gas drilling industry, more emphasis is placed on achieving a high - precision fineness.
