Our coal gangue grinding project is equipped with state - of - the - art technology to achieve a remarkable throughput of 12 tons per hour (tph) with an output fineness of 180 mesh. This high - precision grinding capability ensures that the coal gangue powder meets the stringent quality requirements of various downstream applications.

The production process commences with the raw coal gangue being fed into a primary jaw crusher, which reduces the large - sized ore into smaller pieces suitable for further processing. Subsequently, the crushed material enters a cone crusher for secondary crushing, further decreasing the particle size.

The pre - crushed coal gangue then proceeds to the grinding stage, where a vertical roller mill is employed. This type of mill offers several advantages, including high grinding efficiency, low energy consumption, and precise control over the fineness of the output powder. Inside the vertical roller mill, the material is ground between the grinding rollers and the table under the action of centrifugal force.

An integrated air classifier within the mill separates the ground powder based on particle size. Coarse particles are sent back to the grinding zone for further processing, while the 180 - mesh powder is collected by a high - efficiency pulse - jet bag filter.
